Book your 2020 - 2021 holiday with confidence
In light of the current health emergency, to protect our customers, we have decided to apply the following flexible booking conditions for all bookings:

deposit equal to only 20% of the price to secure the reservation upon confirmation

balance equal to 80% of the cruise price will be paid within 30 days before the embarkation date
If at the time of payment of the balance there are uncertainties about the feasibility of the cruise, the terms of the balance will be flexible and moved by mutual agreement with the customer until a few days before the date of boarding.
If the cruise has to be canceled due to health restrictions imposed by Covid-19, a voucher valid for one year will be issued for the amounts already paid for a new booking.
If the customer renounces for any personal cause before having paid the balance, he has a penalty of only 30% already paid. If he renounces for personal reasons less than 30 days before departure he has a penalty of 100%.
